The Pune center of Evolve has been earmarked as the initial delivery center for process outsourcing services. Pune was chosen as it is the only city in the top 10 cities in India which is not a State capital and hence politically more stable. It is also the sixth largest metropolitan economy and the second highest per capita income in India. Pune also has more schools, colleges and universities than any other city in the world, with more than a hundred educational institutes and nine universities, and has acquired a reputation as "The Oxford of the East” with over 180,000 students annually passing out of both undergraduate and graduate courses in different faculties. This ensures adequate availability of appropriate talent pools.
The Evolve service delivery platform is located in MIDC Pune and is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure comparable to the best of call centers around the world and is highly scalable to meet the current as well as the foreseeable future requirements of clients. The centre has 180 operational seats with scalability for 900 incremental seats which can be made operational within a period of 120 days.
