Position 3: Manager/Sr. Manager Business Development

Experience: 2-4 Yrs.

Qualification:
B.E/Btech M.E/Mtech or any equilvalent Degree.

Skills:
- Should be strong in Customer Relationship Management- Senior levels as well as at managing relations at functional &
  operational levels
- Should be able to do strategic planning of Sales - Business / Account Management- Need to have sound understanding
  of commercial Management - detail understanding of deal formulation i.e. consultative selling, price models etc- Ability to
  grow client relationships and increase account level penetration
- People Management – should be able to work with a team
- Knowledgeable across Verticals like Healthcare, Communication Service Providers (CSP) including Telco, ISP, Cable, Media
  & Entertainment & High Tech industry.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of total sales experience in managing sales and customer relationship
- Should have successfully sold Products and Services projects below 5 Crores cumulative.
- V IMP- *Sales should be done with a Services led strategy*

Position 4: Software Engineer for the position of an integrator.

We are looking for Software Engg for the position of an integrator

Qualification:B.E/Btech M.E/Mtech or any equilvalent Degree.

Skill sets:
- C,Unix,scripting(perl,shell),makefile
- Version control and bug reporting tools like CM synergy and Change Synergy or any - other tools
- Integration of subsystems, SW platform deliveries, releases from multiple sites.
- Solving integration issues like build breaks and regressions.
- Interaction with Configuration Manager; ensure daily/weekly builds are made, help - solving build issues.
- Initiate validation of daily (smoke and fire tests) and discuss the  results/issues
- with the test teams and coordinate with the development team in case of issues.
- Making releases to the customer
